I made the order several days before the delivery date . On the delivery day I waited till the evening for delivery confirmation but received nothing , so at approx 6.30pm I contacted live chat help on the website three times . Ekaterina answered all three chats but could do very little . She kept repeating that they are waiting for confirmation from florist . Eventually at 10.45 pm , the delivery man woke up the recipient and delivered the order . I have been a satisfied customer of your company for years , but this episode overshadows my past positive experience . You definitely have a problem with your florist in Zaporozhye , I sincerely hope you solve it before it tarnishes your hard earned good reputation .

Person handline communication on your whatsapp number should be customer servie oriented and respond to the queries or messages received by the client and not ignore them for hours without responding and assure the client instead of sending legal clauses mentioned in ordering agreement ! Very disappointed and better look for another supplier for my future needs. It was rude and utterly pathetic
