Mohamed: Мне понравилось исполнение моего заказа
I have been a loyal customer of yours for quite sometime and I cannot complain about the quality of your products and your service. All my past orders were delivered on time and as accurate as the pictures on the website. However in this order the cake that was delivery is different than the one I had ordered (as seen in the pics on the site). I mean I can't take it back from the recipients and tell them its not the cake I ordered. Thankfully they still enjoyed the cake they got. I just would like to suggest that maybe double checking the cake to avoid such small confusion would be good in the future. Thank you and love u guys

Ответ UFL: Hello, Mohamed, thank for your messadge. On our site you can see info, that we can\'t garantee that the cake will be like on image. Because florist buys cake in shop for order. And we can\'t to know exactly what cake will be in this day. That\'s why some change can be.
